2007-2008 School Year Fundraising

The PTA offers a variety of wonderful and effective fundraisers throughout the year to provide our students with additional support and enrichment opportunities. This year our PTA pays for a portion of the following staff: Challenge Teacher, Nurse, Math Specialist, Reading Specialist, Music Teacher and Instrumental Teacher. 

Our PTA funds assemblies, staff appreciation efforts, Family Math Night, school yearbook and Literacy Night. We also provide money for building and grounds, PE equipment, teacher materials, computer lab and the challenge program. We support the Chess Club, World Languages Programs, Music and Art Programs.

Below, we've listed all the current fundraisers at Laurelhurst for the upcoming 2007-08 school year. The PTA offers a variety of fundraisers throughout the year so parents, grandparents, family and friends have many opportunities to support education at Laurelhurst. Please select those that are right for you. Any contribution adds directly to the enrichment of all the students at Laurelhurst and is very much appreciated. All donations are completely voluntary.

The Marsha Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer Research [a 501(c)(3)] has produced "Star Palate" a beautiful celebrity cookbook. This hardback cookbook features vibrant photos, mouth-watering recipes from celebrities such as Robin Williams, Donna Karan, Andre Agassi, Pierce Brosnan, Katie Couric and many more! All proceeds benefit breast and ovarian cancer research.
