Bid card sponsor and advertisers needed
If you know of a company that would benefit from advertising their services to more than 400 people
within the Laurelhurst community in addition to supporting our school, please talk to them about this great opportunity. Examples of companies that generally interested include realtors, car dealerships, financial services, insurance agencies, consultants, etc. Click here for more information

Every donation helps!
Get together with your friends to create something special for the auction. Don’t forget to include your spouse; you probably have different connections within the community. Chances are if it’s something you would like, others will, too.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT. Pick-up procurement forms throughout the school (in the office, hallways, classrooms, and here on our website. If you don’t have a form with you, don’t be shy about getting a commitment.

Why an Auction?
The Seattle School District budget does not cover many important programs and resources currently provided to the Laurelhurst community. The Laurelhurst PTA needs additional money to give our children an exceptional, well-rounded education.  In past years, the Auction has funded over 80% of the PTA budget including:

* Reading and math specialists
* Sound Partner tutors
* Challenge teacher
* Art and music teachers
* Instrumental music instruction
* Counselor

You Can Help!
The Auction's success depends on generous contributions from the
Laurelhurst community - YOU.  Our procurement team is busy at work soliciting
items for the big night and is seeking travel-related donations such as:

* Airline miles
* Cabins and condos for a special getaway
* Hotel gift certificates
* Car rental certificates

These items are fun to donate - and to bid on! To donate travel items, or for ideas on other travel-related donations, please contact Heika Hibbert or Ngaire Taylor
